My Journal Writing Entry – Banana Bread

The journal topic for today is banana bread. I love banana bread. It is so tasty. The best banana bread is fresh out of the oven, still warm and smothered with butter. Yummy!!!!

I love the smell of freshly baked banana bread. It is so nice. When I have banana bread in the oven, I want to stand right there by the oven the whole time it is cooking, just smelling it. I usually bake banana bread during the winter months because that is when it is the nicest. It is so nice to have a slice of freshly baked banana bread on a cold winter day. It warms up the tummy so quick.

I don’t usually like banana bread that is stale or more than a day old. Very seldom banana bread would ever become day old or stale in my house anyway. It is usually gobbled up in minutes.
