My Journal Writing Topic - What will it take to get you into the Christmas spirit this year?

Unfortunately, it is going to take a major miracle to get me into the Christmas spirit this year. 2009 has been a horrendous year for me I have been in pain pretty much from the first of this year to the very bitter end of this year.

I want to see the end of this year. I am looking so forward to a new year, to a new beginning. The only good thing that came out of this year, is becoming the best of friends with someone. This someone has brought joy and peace to my life as well as a friendship that I never knew could ever exist.
