My Journal Writing Entry – Labour Day

The journal topic for today is Labour Day. Labour Day is a long weekend during the month of September. It occurs on the weekend before kids go back to school. Labour Day signifies the end of summer.

Labour Day is a holiday that is a bit depressing because when Labour Day comes you know summer is over. I love summer. I love the heat and I love the sunshine. I am not looking forward to cold weather at all.

Labour Day should be a nice relaxing day to spend with family or friends. However, it always turns into a weekend to rush around getting last minute items for the kids to go back to school.

I was driving home about a week ago and had a panic attack, called 911 and was driven to the er. It was the first time that I had one and really knew nothing about them
previously so was completely freaking out. Ever since I have still felt as if I wasn’t breathing correctly (like my throat is closed up), and have had pains and tightness in
my chest. I was just wondering if this was normal because I have talked to a few doctors and they said I was fine, I read up a little about panic attacks symptoms
Any ideas?
