Prairie Dog – Have you ever seen a prairie dog?

I have seen several prairie dogs. They were in the Winnipeg Zoo. I love prairie dogs. They are really cute. 

Prairie dogs are a lot like ground squirrels and I have seen lots of ground squirrels. I did not see them in a zoo. I’ve seen them in the wild. I love watching ground squirrels. They have a network of holes under the ground and you never know when they are going to pop their heads up or where they are going to be.
